Today I have done it! Made the most amazing cupcake... EVER.
After a morning of shopping; new dress (currently wearing), I decided to try a crazy idea.
Chocolate Cake, stuffed with White Chocolate Stuffed Strawberries, with a White Chocolate Whipped Cream... can anyone say to die for!
Begin with good ole chocolate cake batter- mine is from scratch- but Betty works fine...
Bake away- simple cupcakes- CHECK!
Remove the middle - i used a spoon just take out the middle- CHECK!
Slice off strawberry tops, core the strawberry- i used a small 1/4 teaspoon- CHECK!
Make your white chocolate gnache- heavy cream & white chocolate- so simply perfect!
Fill your strawberries- i balanced (very carefully) in an egg carton. If you have a better idea-- PLEASE SHARE!!
Let set and harden.... place filled strawberry in cooled cupcakes.
Whipped Cream- simple whip your cream add some cooled gnache to the mix and try not to eat the bowl.
Top strawberry filled cupcakes with a dollop and go to heaven!!!

Welcome Sugar Lovers!!
Hello All!
I have decided that between working full time and going to grad school, I could take on one more "project"; my own specialty cake company!
For a quick background first;
Name: Kelly
Age: 25
Location: New Jersey
Occupation: Executive Assistant by day, candidate for grad school by night, and the few moments in between, owner of Cakes and Cookies for Every Occasion.
This is where I will inform you all of my newest creations, my day to day struggles with keeping it a float and hopefully inspiring a few minds here and there.
I am looking forward to sharing my recipes, thoughts and above all my love of sugar with you.
